we had a frind to take pic at our wedding, he did not want to desterb the paty with flashes so he fiddelt arouns with shutterspit and ISO, but not the with balance. so we got 200 pic in verrius yellow candellight collors.

if i can doo any thing to make them more "right" in collor, what can i doo?

Next time you need to set your camera to compensate for tungstan lighting and use some form of flash. Anyway, dup, desat top layer (I like using Luminosity Desat for this), set that desat layer to 50% opacity and flatten. Now do an auto-level. I did do a few additional enhancments. Very noisey so I did the retoucher's trick (reduced the size to hide the noise; lol). Noise is your enemy with this type of capture.

Well, there's hardly any blue color whatsoever so I'm not sure how much of that can be recovered. If you have the original RAW files then you might be able to boost the blue using a plug-in such as UFraw. However, if all you have is the 8-bit JPEG files then about all I can suggest is the following:

1. Duplicate your layer.
2. Right-click on the duplicate layer, and select the "Add Layer Mask" command. In the dialog that appears, choose the "Grayscale copy of the layer" option near the bottom of the list of radio buttons..
3. After the layermask is created, perform "Colors->Auto->Equalize" on it.
4. Click on the thumbnail preview of the duplicate layer and perform "Colors->Auto->Equalize" on the layer.

The result will by no means be perfect, but it will at least make bright objects white and in my experience, this approach does a pretty decent job of handling skin tones.

Basically, you use the color picker to set the foreground color from a spot in the image that should be neutral gray or white (the wedding dress, porcelain plates...), and you use the filter to "make the foreground gray".

I did it the same exact way as Lyle did, except after auto levels i brought the dark parts of the image in to 20 and it brought out the colors more.

Then duplicating the end result twice ,and setting the middle layer to lighten only and the top layer to overlay works nicely afterwords.
Though the table clothe does look a bit blown out in some lighter areas.

I find using G'MIC's anisotropic smoothing works well at removing noise, when used correctly (larger images most definitely required).

Couldn't get it to work very well with this one Ofnuts (tungstan compensation usually is not just a simple color balance issue), but I know plenty of other scenarios where it will work. Thanks for the link.

The problem ,as Saulgoode already noticed is that there is almost no any blue, on that food image was not a big issue, blue were not too important there, ...but on cloths the effect may be much more visible

you removed well the strong yellow cast but now there is a magenta cast

have rather good resolts wit this method some miner trimming and ajustments in the in the coloers and it givs a rather good resolt, a litle of the read tones, but it is som mutch better then the "yellow" pic.

I have a bout 350 pic that needs to go frugh the proces. is it posibul to maka a macro (dont know if it is caled that) that layercopies, lauermaskes, grayscale, and makes the Equalizebits on the to fremes.

ofcors ther is som pruning and gruming after, but a macro cam spaire time.

not that it is a long proce, but 350 - 400 times ....
