Hi everyone, I would like to improve the quality of this image. It is one of my favorite pics of the kids. Anyone know how I can?

I think you need to explain what you mean by "quality" as it's a rather vague, subjective term.

So I'll start by asking you what you think is wrong with your original.

Did you enlarge this photo? Have you got a larger one?
I cannot remove the 'stairs' on her arm unless I blur the photo and then it loses all sharpness.
Is there something else you wanted fixed up?

I did my try on this photo. My steps were: make it larger, then I repaired the boy's eye and some little zones too, after that I applied Tone Map and finished applying unsharp Mask. :)
