I think he is lost and he went here thinking he on a forum to post picture processed with Photoshop
Not sure if it's spam but.. In the Exif/XMP the pictures passed thru Picasa and Photoshop CC 2015 Windows, But nothing about GIMP...
He even cross-posted his photo on the Issabella's photo thread, he might not even speak English to understand what he is doing.
