I am not familiar with the program and just downloaded it myself to try. The only thing I tried so far is their foreground-select tool which is very easy to use. you can use the lasso tool, or select-by-color. I tried select-by-color method and it worked really well on the one picture I used.

It looks like they have come out with a v5, and so are only offering the previous version free. I always like to try new stuff and I thought that some of you might too.
