Just select the downloads tab and you can scroll down and get the full packages there.
in 32,... or 64 bit now by the way. You will want 32 bit for GIMP's PSPI plug-in however because it has never been compiled as 64 bit...yet. :)

Here is Dreamscape

Some of them work in GIMP some do not. Quasar does not.

I had some issues with Xero filters and PSPI a while back. I now just run them through XNView via Shellout. Might try later to see if it works again in GIMP. Xero filters are quite powerful and I do use them often enough. :)

Thank you Rod , I download all the Xeros filters!
I put the quasar.8bf together the others, ignore the error, and in the menu with the load buttons I browse to the other files ( gradients .qgd and settings .qrs ) and it is working with pspi ( Vista 32)

I have the PSPi file downloaded and installed but I keep getting error messages when I try loading the Xero filters.. I downloaded 64 bit filters. The message I get:
pspi: LoadLibrary() failed for C:\Users\Mackenzie\.gimp-2.8\plug-ins\photoshopplugins\conditioner_64.8bf: %1 is not a valid Win32 application.

What have I done wrong?
EDIT: I deleted the filters because I got error messages. None of them seem to work. Also, when I do get the filters to work properly, how do I call them up to use them?

I believe Rod said "You will want 32 bit for GIMP's PSPI plug-in however because it has never been compiled as 64 bit...yet. :)"
I installed the 32 bit version first in c/user/gimp/plugins and didn't see them when I started gimp. So I tried
c/programs files/gimp 2.0/lib/gimp/2.0/plug-ins but still can't access the plugins.
Maybe I need the PSPI plug-in ?

It took a while, to get everything working. So far they all work and that includes Quasar.

Sorry mackenzieh that i didn't get back to you very quickly on this.
Yes you have to use 32 bit 8BF plugins for PSPI as its a 32 bit plug-in.

Tom you will need the PSPI plug-in i attached it here.

This executable is for WINDOWS only.
Place it in your plug-ins folder
Restart GIMP
Look under Filters> and find the new menu entry Photoshop Plug-in Settings and click it.
A new dialog window will open
Point the plugin to the folder you placed the 8BF filters in.
Restart GIMP
You should now have a new menu entry under Filters named Xero
You also should have a new rc file in the gimp user folder. "pspirc"

My advice is to use my method of adding Adobe (8BF) filters to PSPI.
Use subfolders of each new plug-in and point PSPI to each one as you add them. Creating multiple lists of directory paths works much better than one directory where you just throw in a plug-in and hope it works. Most of the time it will not unless you create a separate directory for each 8BF filter set.

Good luck and holler at me with a PM if you need further assistance.

Thanks, made a new folder for Photoshop plugins in the plugin folder and put the PSPI plug-in in with the rest of the exe files of the original plug-in folder.
Everything is working !

Is there anything in Xero that can't be done in Gmic?

Probably not, but, like all filters, it's a matter of convenience. If you know how a particular preset (in the case of G'MIC) or a filter (as in Xero filters) work, you choose what's easiest for you to use. :)

Has anyone used or tried out Harry's Plugins? Are they safe to use? I'm just curious.

Harry's Filters Version 4.0 works very well for Gimp (version 3 is not).

Thanks MareroQ. I also want to know if they are actually free and where is the best virus free site to get them from? These days nothing is actually completely free.
