Just discovered Krita opens cmyk psd files. :yes Hadn't used Krita before as I thought it was just for painting, but I needed to open a couple of cmyk psd files and Gimp couldn't do it. I was using CS2 under wine but it croaked when I put DAZ Studio in. Looks like I won't need CS2 after all.

Cool Kinba. I tried Krita a few times and I couldn't make head nor tail out of it so gave up on it. maybe you could do a small tute on how you got this to work.

I only needed to use krita for the cmyk to rgb conversion, Molly, I haven't actually used Krita for anything else yet although I will be investigating the Multi-Brush feature as it looks interesting. There isn't a lot of tutorials for Krita not even basic ones.

I have been using Krita 3.1.1 appimage on Linux mint 18 xfce. It runs well except for the Text tool which is known to be buggy. So far Gimp has the best Text tool out of Gimp, Inkscape and Krita.
