 Post subject: Synfig Logo(ish) Animation

I've always been fascinated by the movie studio animated logos that appear before a movie starts. The older Paramount logo had stars coming in from the left and eventually circling a mountain peak. I created a simple animation, using Synfig Studio and finished in Gimp, that is inspired by that concept:

The background image is a public domain image of the Matterhorn from Wikimedia

Nice work ccbar....

I think it might look better with some motion blur on the moving stars. Just a suggestion...

Never heard of Synfig Studio. Looks interesting though, maybe I'll give it a try sometime....

Your animation is interesting enough to give a try. I'm not much into movie studio animations, but here is a quick try using my favorite Video editor/compositor Aviutl. It's a free (Windows only) program that runs OK under wine. This was just a basic quick try, no frills...
