Yes, Harleys use roller bearing cranks that are pressed together the flywheels and crank pin. It is easy to get the cranks un-true over time.

It is similar to the roller bearing cranks on my old dragbike Suzuki's. The remedy there was to first true the crank, then to weld the crank pins so they won't move again.
