The goal for this experiment was once again to only use free software.
The vector character was designed Gravit Designer.

I then used Blender to import the character. I added bevel, resolution and some extrusions for the 3d look of the character.

The animation was just an empty circle the camera was locked on for the rotation.

If anyone knows of a 3d modeling vector designer (similar to say like Vectary) capable of animations let me know.

Edit: Someone recently told me about Rhinoceros 3D. Looks like what I've been looking for
