I don't know anything about Scribus but I found this Scribus Forum. You may find what you need in that. Click Here

First open Scribus and go to help (top menu) and click manual or online tutorials if you are online at the time.

Try those first. :)

Scribus takes some getting used to but once you get comfortable with it it's great.

Scribus is awesome. I create most of my documents in it because it creates beautiful pdf files. It does take a little getting use to, the way you add and edit some elements, but I always tell my friends and students, "Just play with all the buttons and see what they do." You'll like it, I promise. I actually do our weekly church bulletins in the program.

I agree. I've preached that for years. The best way to learn any software is to try every button and menu and try everything the application will do. The worst mistake I think people make is: 1 - to be afraid of the software, and 2 - to want to dive right in and start making serious projects when they don't know the software yet. I always advise people to just fool around with whatever the application is and have fun before they try to use it for real life work.
