Windows versions are already on homepage - thanks to Partha.
(there is a known problem with export to editor, don't know why, I don't use Windows)

The new version Delaboratory-0.6-beta-32/64bit.exe works "external editor" (GIMP 2.7.4) for Windows (but the name of an open file can not contain spaces or no English letters - at least for XP 32 bit).
