This is my free interpretation of what would Wilber (the GIMP mascot) in 3D. I just needed to propose a project to learn about Blender internal, and I have chosen to make Wilber. I'm sure I have not used the best methods to do the job, but I learned a lot :)

Blender is too keyboard shortcut key intensive for me so i don't use it.
Nice Wilbur though! :)

Anyway, it is possible to modify without much work.

@ Rod, you will remember the most utilis shorcuts while you practice. Anyway everything is accessible from the menus. And if you want you can only remember one shortcut: The "space bar", used to find what you want to do.
Also in edit mode the "W" key helps.
