The open-source graphics program Krita has been greenlit on Steam, apparently after only 12 days. Greenlighting is a way for the Steam community to vote on games/programs to go on steam based on popular vote and public interest.

This is a pretty big deal. My guess is that once Krita goes on Steam, it will show a dramatic increase in popularity and adoption, being a free download easily viewable by millions.
