first one is too dark IMO, second one is a "divertissement".
You are Always creative, anyhow.

(and it seems you are the best user of perspective ... hehehe)

Everyone has made beautiful pieces of art.
Pat so glad you were finally able to do it, and you made such a lovely one. I often get the same message.
Dalia that is lovely - I saw the bowl needed a pestle before and now I know how to do it. Thanks!
OMG you never cease to amaze.

Issabella - a nice cup, but OMG style ???

Dinasset - OK thanks, so lets try another one, glass of course but not too dark, hopefully not too light and certainly not a 'divertissement' ...

Very nice result OMG, you have got a perfect translucent glass cup. :bigthup
Dinasset made me a joke, because you have got the right perspective between base and the upper cup. :)

oldmangrumpy, you certainly amaze! Everyone's work is great. sallyanne, thank you for your nice comment. The pestle was an afterthought which is why it's missing a shadow where I cut the bottom off :lol Absolutely love your bowls with ice cream.

the composition is beautiful, but let me say one thing, Ella: if you still have the gimp .xcf, rebuild the text to be more "adherent" to the bowl surface; little changes can improve a lot the "perception" of the reality, IMO

Going to have to learn how to tip my bowl.

Post subject:  Re: 6 step bowl

Dalia -re tipping your bowl. When you are creating your cup/bowl in GMIC>3d image object, once you are happy with the position/angle of the object using the X and Y sliders, you will find that the 'Z-angle slider' will tilt your image towards you or away from you.

Hope that is what you were looking to do. :)
