Did you try right clicking on the link and selecting "Copy Link Location"? At least in Firefox, that copies the actual URL (address) to the clipboard. I'm sure the other browsers have the same function. Then just paste that into the translate box.

if you use Chrome or Firefox, they have built in translators and with Chrome you can set it to always translate Polish if you want.
