Thanks, Issabella. I'm glad you found this useful and I hope to be able to expand on the tutorial soon.

I have the same issue. I drag the taskbar to the side to access the buttons.

Greetings, you need to install the scrolling script-fu dialog modification. Just copy the script-fu binary into your plug-ins folder and restart GIMP.

If you are using GIMP 2.8.14, use V1.1 of the modification. If you are using GIMP 2.8.10 or lower, use V1.0 of the plug-in.

http://gimpscripts.com/2014/06/script-f ... interface/

In some versions of windows, the buttons might still be hidden by your taskbar. In that case, you can grab the side/corner of the dialog and resize it manually.

Glad you got it gimper66. :2thup

In Windows 7, the buttons can still be hidden by a bottom taskbar. In that case, there are several options. You can autohide the taskbar or you can grab the corner/edge of the script-fu dialog and resize it manually.

You can also place your cursor into any numeric field in the script-fu dialog and press enter, which does the same thing as clicking OK.

If you get stuck.
1. Right click on the title bar.
2. In the context menu select Move.
3. Use the Up arrow key to move the dialog.
4. When you see the OK button Left click anywhere to release the mouse.

Very nice outcome, Issabella. :hi5

I've updated the tutorial, images and descriptions to demonstrate the latest version of Logo Toolbox V2.3. Also added a mini-tutorial on Easy Glass creation. By taking a few moments to learn and experiment with the various options of Logo Toolbox, useful and interesting results can be achieved. I hope everyone finds this tutorial fun and beneficial. :cool

Very nice script Tux. I tried the glass one with all your settings and I followed every one and still can't get it transparent. The only thing I changed was the background .

Hi Molly,

In the Fill Method dropdown, choose "Glass Color" for single color glass (the default light blue color make nice glass). You can also select to use the active gradient to color the glass, as well as the blend direction, from the same dropdown.

I see you have also selected to create a bump layer, which will texture the glass with the selected bump pattern. This is something you may or may not want to do. Depending on the effect you're after. :bigthup

I also noticed color is spelled colour (European style) on your dialog. That's kinda odd because I used the American spelling in the script.
