One of the things I love about this script is that you can make a single month calendar and print it out. This one I made 8 x 10.5" to fit on a sheet of paper.

Hallo Oregonian,
me would more interest how you make this single month page calendar. :) So that I had little space to add moon phase or Holidays.
Thank you
Andrew

Be sure you have the most recent calendar script. Get it here. Click Download near the top of the page.

When you browse to Filters / Render / you will have two choices, Calendar and Calendar Year. Be sure to click the Calendar one for the correct script.

If you make the font size smaller it will make more room in the date rectangles.

You will need to put in the name of the month and the year. Since it's unknown where a space large enough for those will be for the script to do that.

As far as I know, you can only do 1 month at a time.

You can make one month right after the other in the same file and it will make new layers for each month. After you have January done. Merge it all together, then make a new layer and start the February one in the same file.

I'm attaching a January through March calendar xcf file I did like that. The white layers can be deleted or you can put an image in place of them - it's easier to see what you are doing with the white bg.

Merge January 2013 down to January. Put in the extra things you want on the calendar and merge to the January calendar.

Make a white layer.

Do a February 2013 calendar and do as you did to the January one.

Same with March.

Sounds like you have it all under control. I'd really like to see one of your months with the moon's phases on it. It sounds really nice.

It must be doubly hard to learn how to use Gimp and learn English at the same time. I frequently wonder if I'm giving too much information or if I'm making it clear to a non-native English user.

You have my admiration, Andrew. :hi5

You may be interested in this font of moon phases so you don't have to draw them by hand.

You seem to be doing fine in everything. :hehe
