Hi folks - been working on this really hard - the writing of the tutorial that is. I may never write another again - then again you may not want me to either. I've met a personal challenge and kept a commitment. Thank you everyone. I know you would prefer the tutorial here as opposed to an attached pdf - wait till you see it, you'll understand why I didn't - would probably break the forum.

I did this about a month ago and thought I'd do it again from scratch, make it better and submit a tutorial. Writing the tutorial will probably take longer than doing it :( When I'm done I'll update this post.

Original Photoshop tutorial may be found here: http://wegraphics.net/blog/tutorials/cr ... photoshop/

Thank you Issabella. I can tell you all that, for me, it wasn't easy. Please keep in mind that I'm really not Gimp savvy. Most of what I do is by trial and error. Many of you on this wonderful site are experts and would do things differently than I did.

If anyone has any questions, please feel free to post and I'll help you out or in my own maniacal way of doing things confuse us both.
