Dalia, somehow , I seem to have missed your tut before. I found it quite difficult and my Gimp kept freezing. So I had to do it about four times. In the end, with lots of saves I got to the end. I tweaked individual layers to try and get as close as possible to your outcome. Thank You for this tut, but with twenty layers or so I will not be using this style very much.

Very nice job wooble. I like it.

gimper love your effect also, you achieved what I tried so hard to do - that textured effect in the background; excellent!

Hi Dalia, thanx for the tut, beautiful work. I'm wondering why/how you can 'right click' your layer to get the layerfx menu, I have to go to script-fu for my menu. I got lost on the stroke step, but I'll keep trying?

RJKD, you're very brave. I put this together when I was really learning. If you don't have it you should download the layerfx.py plugin and install then restart GIMP. When you open GIMP back up and have your project open you should find the effects by right clicking on the layer you want the effect on.

Dalia thank you for the wonderful tutorial, it doesn't compare to your beautiful work, but I improvised a little also. Everyone's versions are amazing, you guys inspire me to try harder!!
