Hi everybody. I made this kind of text "Readable text and non-invasive". In my opinion this option is well suited some times. I hope you like it.
Sorry, I didn't say where this tut comes from. I did some variations but it is based in it.

Very nice, I love the effect.
I tried the tute over several times and I get tangled up right from the beginning. I don't know what I am doing wrong but I had to duplicate the layers all the time just to make them show up. Anyway, I couldn't get it nice like yours.

Thanks Molly, Perhaps is the colour you have chosen. Can I help you about something that isn't correctly understood?

Just the steps from the beginning. I know when you say select none but some steps I didn't know if they should be selected or not.
I don't think it was the color. I started with a very Bright pink.

Edit: I made some changes in the tute but don't remember what, I should have written them down. There were some steps that should have been selected or they wouldn't work, I think one of them was the displace, Anyway, I like the results this time,
Thank you

I saw your tutorial this morning and couldn't wait to get through with day-to-day activities to give it a try. I had a little trouble; I don't think it looks as clean as yours but I do like it.

molly, I didn't know whether it should have been selected or not either but I love your result. Whatever you did it worked. By the way, I really like your first one too.

Issabella tell us that her Silhouette Text is based in a tutorial from mine.
Isn't right. The mine one's is based (or literally translated) from the original which is linked at the post's bottom.

Thank you. Instead of using a color, I went alpha to selection, and dragged my noise pattern into the text. my noise patten posted below. I duplicated my results a couple of times to give it more color.
The font is called Frankenstein.
