When I get to the G'MIC> Artistic> cubism
1. What are the setting? (mine made it way too much cubism)
2. Do I do the whole picture or just the Blue area?
3. Layer Mode from Normal to "Only Tones Light" cannot find it on my GIMP software. ( I know where the mode is in the layer channel)

These are the first few questions.
I hope you have some answers for me.

Thanks.

I'm checking this tutorial out.
Maybe I can make some sense of it and answer your questions. ;)

Chrome has a translator built into the browser that can translate web pages.
Do you use Chrome?

I have windows and explorer on my computer. I tried Google Chrome a couple years ago and it screwed up my computer. Took me days to get everything working again. I wonder if there is some other online program for translation.

That sound like more than just a Google Chrome issue,
but I digress..
Maybe Explorer has some kind of Add-On you can use to translate webpages?

That's a good translated page.
Mine didn't turn out as well as yours did.
A lot of the translations were off or not correct and it was hard to understand.
I would suggest that anyone wanting a English version of this tutorial, use the one you made.

I'm sorry Fillback66.
I haven't had time to fully check it out yet.
I've been really busy these past few days.
I did look it over briefly.
It appears that the G'IMIC cubism effect is applied to the blue layer only.
The "Only Tones Light" layer mode,
refers to "Darken Only" layer mode.

Below is the translated text form this step,
which mentions adding this layer mode.

Duplicate the Blue layer just created,
Filters-> G'MIC -> Artistic-> Cubism
(Let's play a little with the settings in order to achieve the effect that best suits us).
We change the layer mode from Normal to Darken Only and opacity to 62%.
