 Post subject: STARS BRUSH

start a new project (in example 1200x800 black)

go to your brush dialog,and click on the stars brush and put the size at + - 136

put your cursor on the black background
hold the left mouse button,and sliding across your entire background until it has been filled with the small stars.
(see example below)

Now go back to your brush dialogue,and double the size to + -264

hold the left mouse button and slide over the whole image
Now will appear bigger stars,as in Example below

go back to your brush dialogue and double the size again to +- 528

Now go to your picture
the stars are now bigger, we do not slide over the entire image

  click here and there once
as shown in the example below you will now have a universe with stars

Thanks :). I'll try this instead of the noise steps which have been frustrating me because of too much uniformity in the sizes :).

it is a transparent star background of 1200x1200
Open a black background layer
and then open the transparent star background
