Following some requests by GC members I have produced a set of three step by step tutorials providing my experience on the above subject.

As always I have tried to proof read them and validate the steps, but find it difficult when I already know what I was trying to do. So if anybody has any problems or finds errors then please contact me.

Here is a sample of the material covered in these tutorials ..

EDIT - my bad ... I forgot to include the SHINE script originally. It is now included in a replacement brushes ZIP :oops:

Thank you very much, OMG. I know that writing tutorials takes a lot of your time. I am really grateful. I always learn something, either a technique or a new filter, ability in Gimp that I did not know about or how to use!
