Well here is tutorial number 4 so just one to go. This one uses chisel or carve to create a cameo brooch, either blanched or coloured as per these examples -

As always this step by step tutorial is targetted at neophytes ( :) ) and hopefully I have proof read it sufficiently to prevent errors. However, if anybody has or finds problems please let me know.

There is a starter XCF file, a brush and a line art image included as well in the tutorial ZIP file.

Thank you Pat. The decoration hasn't come out in the way it should, I did track direction with my brush but there's something I've missed, I tried it again stroking on a new transparent layer but got the same results, so I'll keep looking into that (OMG is on the case) :hoh

OMG: I must thank you repeatedly for your tutorials. You put a lot of time and effort into them for our benefit. I hope others find the time to do them. I always learn new things from them.
