Thanks Rod,
I should have lowered the opacity in the gradient but I was so anxious to see how the filter worked, I rushed it. It is a very cool script.

Ditto. Do you have to use a separate program or is it an IE add-on or something?

Use Google to translate them.

At the top of the Google homepage, click on 'more'. The first item in the list is translate. That opens the translate page. Put the URL of the web page you want to translate in the box and make sure the 'from' and 'to' languages are correct.

I just bookmarked the page
http://translate.google.com/?hl=en&tab=wT

You can also use a add on called ImTranslator for FireFox.
I use that a lot for small areas of text.
Works in Mozilla FireFox's newest release - 6-0.

Rod - I'm blind in one eye and can't see out of the other so could you hold my hand and walk me thru this. This could be very useful to me in other endeavors.

I went to Google's home page, clicked on more, clicked on translate, entered the url, clicked on the translate button, ....now what? All it did was highlight the url. How do you actually view the alleged translated page?

lol,
Draconian
Draconian is an adjective meaning great severity, that derives from Draco, an Athenian law scribe under whom small offences had heavy punishments (Draconian laws).

Draconian may also refer to:

Draconian (band), a Death/doom metal band from Sweden
Draconian (Doctor Who), an extraterrestrial race from the Doctor Who television series
Draconian (Dragonlance), a fictional species in the Dragonlance setting
Draconian, a race from Age of Wonders: Shadow Magic

Not a problem...

1) copy the link to the page you want to translate and paste it in Googles translate box and a url will pop up next to it.Signifying the page you want translated.Google has also by this time found the correct language the page is in.And will suggest it on top of the box for you.

Now just click the translate button-

Google will translate the page to English (somewhat), and open it for you.
And instead of this (Polish) you get

Actual page in English for comparison -

Hope that helps! :)

I finally figured out what I was doing wrong. I tried to copy the link from your first post on page one and no matter what I did it would not work. I had to actually "go to that page" then copy the "complete" link and then everything worked as you showed in your last post.

You see, it just takes us old f..ts a little longer to get it.

:tyspin
