Not a good sign, I'd recommend you do a re-install. If you have saved scripts/plug-ins/etc in the app folders in Program Files, do a back-up of those before re-installing.

That looks to be the same error I used to get when I tried to do certain animations because the angles in the math caused an illegal mathematical error.

Anyone ever get this messgae:

Plug-in crashed: "map-object.exe"
(C:\Program Files (x86)\GIMP-2.0\lib\gimp\2.0\plug-ins\map-object.exe)

The dying plug-in may have messed up GIMP's internal state. You may want to save your images and restart GIMP to be on the safe side.

It keeps coming up even after I restart Gimp. :(

Remove the map-object.exe in the plug-ins folder and download and place this one there.

That should work

Wanted to try the blend feature with 3 different cubes. They are all Picasso paintings. Unfortunately, the blend filter would only do two cube layers.

Don't know if there's a way to get all 3 cube layers to work. It takes awhile for the animation to load.

I agree that it's a great job!! You did the animation with the first two designs (I'll call them 1 & 2 {so original}). Redo it with images 2 and 3. Save that and open it as layers with 1&2. Repeat this process with 3 and 1. You should now have a single animated image that goes from 1 to 2 to 3 and back to 1 again. It is a little time consuming.

Thank you mahv and Greg.

Hmmm ... got to ponder that a bit. Should work.

Here are my cube layers if anyone wants a go at it. I made the delay 2000 on the two main layers and 120 on the rest. Blend tool intermediate frames, 15.

Yeah I am always having problems with a 45 degree angle for some reason. I'm trying to create X=0 Y=45 but Gimp will not create a cube at that angle no matter how many times I try. Same with X=-45, Y=-45
