Well that would be a duplicate layer effect and some alpha to text with a rainbow gradient. I'll try and get a mini tut up tomorrow.

The site is originally written in French but this is the English translation.
I love this tutorial site. It's always been one of my favorites.Some of the tutorials are a bit hard to understand, but if you look closely at the images you can get them figured out.

On your sample Bonita it looks like it was flipped horizontally and the wind script was applied. It is very pretty.

I swear I have seen that page of text links but in English...I used to have that link on the old pc.
