 Post subject: Foil Sketching (using Bevel Reflect Logo)

Some of you may be familiar with FOIL SKETCHING (involving a wooden skewer, a heated needle for heat generated color and gold or silver foil) well Bevel Reflect Logo is perfect for replicating this medium. Anyway here is a tutorial that will show how I created most of the BRL images posted here on GIMP CHAT. Any image with large color mass can be used but I find black and white more versatile. (ODINBC's avatar pilfered for the previous BRL of him, was a 150x150 thumbnail). The spider/Bat was trickier.

You can right click on the tutorial image (all you need really) or download the zip file which includes the canvas image (color zoned for easy practice), the final image, the XCF file and this long winded BLURB.

I hope this satisfies the curious.
