@2-ton - I did nothing special as far as I know; however it is probably due to the gradient I used consistently for each individual BRL action.

I found it this morning in a GC thread when following Wallace's 'pipe brushes' links:

It is a multi colour, multi pipe style gradient from Mike; I copied the posted image then used RobA's plugin 'create gradient from path' to create/save a couple of my own versions. Most of the individual BRL actions seemed to use just the first 2 or 3 colours, not the full suite in the gradient i.e. the green and blue pipes.

Still it does provide a shiny metallic appearance. Hope this answers your question.

Thank you 2-ton, I appreciate your kind words but hopefully, like me, you are amazed by what GIMP and it's scripts can produce. I was having one last play for the day and tried Ofnuts path generator against some text ... I was staggered at what it produced and again added some BRL and texture to finish it off. I will now have to try it with a predefined curvy path too!

I am probably boring and repetitive but, in my old age, I really am so impressed with GIMP and what I am learning!!
