Hi Pat625.
I was following this tutorial
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zK0KxCG77O4Unfortunately Gimp-GAP has not kept-up with Gimp releases and stopped at version 2.6. GAP 'map to object' was being used in that video to rotate all the frames between the first and the last frames, but that part of GAP no longer works for me. That's why I'm saving frame by frame using Map to Object with the 'box' option.
Instead of having different images on each side of your box you put them in a 'landscape' sequence using the Map to Object 'box' tab.
It's quite easy to do if you use a panorama landscape big enough to wrap around your box. The video shows how to adjust the sliders to get a good result. You can rotate your box vertically (X axis) or horizontally (Y axis) as I did.
To get them right test with the Y slider on the 'Orientation' tab.
I didn't use an image on top and only a base image because I'm looking up at my rotating box.
Finally, the last side will meet-up with the first side and I like them to merge together which makes the animation 'infinite'.
The desert is ideal for this because I only had to tweak the horizon using the distorts tool with a little smudge.
Cheers
