i still think you should do some shuriken (japanese throwing stars)

that gives you the opportunity to use your crosses, metallize them, encrust them with some nice diamonds, get the name of your lady engraved in circles around the center, then hang them all on strings and you get a nice multi-purpose Klingon war-chime
