 Post subject: Does anyone have an idea about image pencil artistic effect(below)?

I have already tried some filters,but most are not ideal,
Does anyone have any idea? thanks!

I find it in power point 2010, picture, artistic effects, pencil grayscale

You can do it:

Open your pic and duplicate it and name as Base. Desaturate it.
Select Base.
Apply G'mic, set output mode in New(s) layer, then:
1 - Repair >Smooth(bilateral)> Iterations=4
2 - Hard skecht (B&W or Testing samj): amplitude (4000); density (100); smoothness (0);opacity (0.03); edge (0). Set this layer Multiply blend mode and opacity around 47 %. Duplicate it and set the opacity around 25 %.
3 - Select Base, duplicate and move this new one to the top. Then begins more laborious work. Apply Gimpressionist filter. Select graphite2 preset. Then you must play with the filter options in order to get the effect. Look in the preview window each time you change the settings.Set this layer as Grain merge and opacity around 50 %.

it looks so good compared to others that i have tried.
