Hello!

I just had to re-upload the newest version of Gimp -long story, but it works great now...except when I try to install g'mic. I try to run the application in users>username>.gimp-2.8, but run into this "the program can't start because libgdk-win32-2.0-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try re-installing the program to fix this problem." - I remember coming across this before, but can't remember what to do (I have tried reinstalling, but with same results) help! I love g'mic! :gaah

Crystal ball says you are trying to run the plug-in as a stand-alone application.

It is a plug-in, run from within Gimp, bottom of the Filters menu
