David,

would it be possible to input the MODE -between the created Light-leaks layer and the original layer- as an additional parameter of the filter?
Currently, the filter uses SCREEN, personally I always prefer to use OVERLAY (or BURN, or MULTIPLY)
I know I can change it manually (when asking for separate layers), but -at least in my case- I have always to do that, because so far I didn't find a nice use of SCREEN
Likely other G'MIC users will appreciate this additional flexibility.

thanks

(Windows 10 64bits, Gimp 2.8.14, G'MIC 1.6.5.1 pre)

Don’t be afraid to start over. It’s a new chance to rebuild what you want.
