Works fine here in linux but from your screenshot there are 449 filters registered. There should be 488 so you might have inherited an old update file from a previous gmic version.

Worth updating the filters and trying again.

EDIT:
i uninstalled G'MIC, deleted all the G'MIC appdata, reinstalled.
Its working now, and the current filterlist is at 488.
