BTW, if you like mosaics, you may take the opportunity to create one using Samj's Mosaic A.
I did.

You're welcome.
If you like to get the "light" effect from the top instead of the bottom (the filter does not have an option yet), simply flip vertically the source before calling the filter, then again after the run (so I did).

Then you may play creating a BG (the mosaic, when called with the option "create new layer", has the tile separators transparent). I did.

...and you may increase a bit the tile size (option on the filter).
