I would like to announce the release of a new version of G'MIC, numbered 3.3.0.
It was released yesterday, and I'm very happy with it



Do not hesitate to upgrade if you are using this plug-in for GIMP, as new filter updates will be pushed only for this new version in the future.

Applied to my Gimp (samj's version) but I get this message:
are there some .dll missing?



the snapshot is in Italian, but I guess you understand the name of .dll missing (which could be not the only one)

edit: or should I wait for a samj's pack release containing 3.3?

If anyone is worried about a G'MIC filter being dropped they can put it into their local folder in the .gmic file.

No idea, I don't use the samj's version.
If you need to get additional .dll, you may try downloading the archive for the stand-alone version of G'MIC-Qt, here : https://www.fosshub.com/GMIC.html?dwl=g ... _win64.zip
It contains all the necessary .dll to make G'MIC-Qt work.

GOOD ! It worked (just copied two dll's what were missing, at startup)

I'm glad I put Reptorians 'Channel Overblur' into my own gmic file because it's no longer in G'MIC 3.3.

This fllter could almost do iridescence and luminescence which are absent from both Gimp and G'MIC.
