Hello David!
In GMIC>Lights & Shadows Equalize shadow and Shadow equalize are the same filter. I have 1.5.2.3 version installed.
Edit: Installed 1.5.2.4 - the same thing. Online GMIC has one.

Thanks K1TesseraEna, the duplicate filter has been removed (needs a filter update).
