Only if you have 1.5.7 will this one be a simple overwrite. I added libpng16-16.dll since the original (libpng16-16__.dll) is no longer accepted by gmic (only need to rename the dll but adding the dll in the 7z file to remove all confusion). :)

The development of G'MIC 1.5.8.0 beta has been started few days ago, so there are not so many new things in it.
Then, I won't particularly recommend to switch from 1.5.7.2 (stable) to 1.5.8.0.
If you have a version older than 1.5.6.1, it could be nice to update by the way.
