Hi,
I have just tested the actual beta build of gmic 1.5.8.0 for Mountain Lion on Mavericks. With MacPorts and the newest GimponOSX build 2.8.10, it worked on my (virtual) MacOS 10.9 , even with camera!

For Gimp users naturally MacPorts is not necessary, only for gmic command line users!

In addition the beta version of gmic_gimp 1.5.8.1 is linked against Gimp 2.8.10 from GimponOSX and should run on Mavericks, MountainLion, Lion (tested) and (hopefully) on SnowLeopard (64bit)(not tested).

Hmm, editing of posts might not wake up the possible readers…

Please read the previous post and try the beta od gmic_gimp if you are a 64bit mac user!
