I still get errors with Karo's Test filters when I try to use them. The filters I get errors on are: Cimg nlmeans, Cimg Skeletons, Pink Operator, pink operatory binary, pink test operator bianca. What do these filters do and how are they used?

For sure are not filters of commune use, i did ask once the same question i don't remember exactly the reply but was about a quite specialistic usage ... i like "misuse" filters as use for special effects filters created for something else but when i tried i didn't find a artistic use , ...now would be even more difficult because i forgot the filter logic , what exactly are supposed to do and how

All the filter with "Pink" in the name require PINK installed:
not sure if is a similar dependencies with the Cimg filters

Oh, okay. I guess these filters probably won't become common use.

I have put these test routines into Gimp for users with interest in mathematical morphology. I consider the routines from this library as one of the best in this field.
1. Unluckily they are external, meaning that any user have to spend some effort to get it on the PC by downloading and compiling!
2. The interface, mostly thought for gmic command line users, is quite poor, just allowing the call of those external programs with one input image, parameters and one output image.

This is also the case for the CImg example programs which are part of the gmic underlaying library CImg. Still they have also to be build on the local PC.

Perhaps I add some gmic custom routines to give some ideas for artistic use. Up to now in the gmic references I have mostly examples for further (image) analytical use like skeletons and watershed.

It would be possibly helpful to have the Pink routines on the gmic online server installed to see some more capabilities of this package.
