Text tool bug

Hello, I need help on how to fix this problem. The text is very close together and I do not know how to fix this. Please help asap as this needs to be fixed for me to finish my final. Please see the attachment below to see my problem. (if it even shows up)

And if you find that stretching it with the scale tool, which sometimes distorts it, you can hi-light your text and use the kerning arrows to wide the space between the letters.
