Chris F - Loving the Cup of Coffee, Com'n Tea drinkers you're lagging behind.

chris f sand storm in gizeh is a masterpiece, well done!

however, a gradient based on coffee is of course outrageous and cannot be tolerated. come on, tea drinkers, where are you? there is a war going on here! we need a tea gradient, it should be beautifully shimmering and a bit transparent, just like tea and come in any colour from light spring green to deep amber - just like tea.
here's my latest gradient, i made it variable with background colour.

Thanks guys!
I drink tea too sometimes...so here my try as gradient.
But i`m not happy with it. It should be tea in a glass.

I am still trying to get though that water-color tutorial! I dare not try to fiddle with gradients yet.

Chris F, that is really cool. I love the way you went from semi-transparent to transparent and back again. Very nice job. It actually looks like real tea to me.

chris f: my, that's beautiful!! you're forgiven for that unmentionable other gradient, this one looks so much like real tea!

AnMal - Love the bars.
Chris F - excellent work on the tea cup especially the glass effect.

Thanks all! I`m sure the glass effect can be interesting for other shapes.

no its not Molly, but if you read my post on that page, I am saying that I created something using the pink gradient...*shrugs*
I was pretty sure I had a pink metallic gradient installed but can't find it so came looking for it again...oh well...back to the drawing board...I can make a pink gradient ok enough but forgot how to get it to have that metallic look...

thanks conbagui, I'll try that but I am thinking it was more of a subtle pink much like the one at the bottom of mollys link in the previous post...but be assured I'll enjoy using your hot pink gradient

Here is the gradient I made when I was putting together the 'pipeline' letters.
I named this gradient 'Pipeline'.
