Thank you Rod. If I come across any PS plug-ins I like, I put them in a single directory and use the PSPI plug-in to browse to the directory where I have them saved, select the ones I want added and then click ok, is that correct?

If you place them all in the same folder you only need select the folder. :)
PSPI will sort them for you ,and name them in Help also (Help/photo shop plugin browser).

Here are a couple you can start out with.

If you get a windows error on one it means windows will not run it correctly in Gimp.Try running it through Xnview instead.

Thanks for everything, Rod, it is sure appreciated. I looked into buying an educational version of PS but in Canada it is still $300 plus tax. Maybe I'll just bid my time for now and see if I can come across an easier method of doing my selenium tone. Topaz doesn't have what I need to do it and their approach to toning doesn't lend itself to my approach very well. Hopefully, I can still use it and my money wasn't wasted.
