I got this in an email and thought the lettering was so pretty. The light and dark contrast in it is attractive. The font, I tried to find a similar one at daFont, but I don't think the lettering in the picture is a font. It looks like someone hand painted it. The letters vary a little. I'm going to see if I can at least get the coloring method down.

Google 'watercolour texture' and look for a handwritten font.
Apply texture to your text with a layermask.
