Hi, I'm looking for a Script Coder to make a Script of my VHS Effect so I can do it quickly instead of doing it step by step & so others can do the same quickly if they'll have interest in the Script

The scale down+scale up operations are the same as blurring in only on direction...

Here-attached is my attempt.
I tried to reproduce exactly the manipulations in your tutorial, so the script does scaling/rescaling, though, as ofnuts has noted, this could be done more efficiently and reliably with unidirectional blur. This could be improved in a future version.

The script gives the possibility to rescale the image to its original size (which is not mentioned in the tutorial).
