I'm FATj2112,
I'm new to all of this,I have a background in graphic arts,fine art, but I am new to computers.(I'm old,but still willing to learn new things!)
I've just been kinda playing around with GIMP,don't really know what the heck I'm doing,that's why I'm so glad I found this site,maybe I can figure out what the heck I'm doing or trying to do. :yes

Welcome aboard the insane train er, uh, I mean Gimp Chat! Lots of crazy, wonderful folks here to inspire and coach you in your journey along Gimp lane. Just keep fooling around with all the tools then go to the tutorial section and immerse yourself. You'll get the hang of it pretty quick.
