d4rkheart: welcome to gimp chat! i understand what you mean about having scripts and plug-ins all over and wanting some easy way to organize them. so nice to have a new member around who loves celtic knots!! there are plenty of celtic knotwork lovers around here already and the more the better :). i too like your avatar - was it made using the knots program?

Not too difficult. You would just need to change the location for both in the script.I can show you how to do that. :)
But if you are going to go through all the trouble of changing them, i would make other changes as well.
For instance the actual script name.I would place that in the description popup like so.
This script makes a crayon effect on text or a selection. - my-script-that-does-crayon-stuff.scm .That way you know exactly which script is creating that effect.Very handy when you want to know just which script you want to fiddle with.

May be an idea to better organize scripts, thanks for your suggestions.

@Anmal, thanks for your welcome.
Sincerely? I downloaded this font http://mistakefur.deviantart.com/art/Ce ... 1-33983611 + inkscape + gimp for animation.

Welcome to GC d4rkheart. Your English is fine and I echo your thanks to those who work hard and give stuff away without expecting anything in return.

:welcome to GimpChat d4rkheart. I have recently found celtic knots and like the patterns they make.

On another note (my two cents) I need some professional input here though.
I have no idea how this would be done or if in fact it could be successfully.
Instead of moving all of your scripts couldn't you find where they are one more time and just make another folder with shortcuts to them using different names in the shortcuts to make them easier to find.

Image just a little bit of good will and i hope to make order :gaah your proposal is a good idea.
Today I found this software very easy to make celtic knot
http://www.goldcupdesign.co.uk/index.ph ... ltic-knots
You can download this software here http://download.cnet.com/KnotWorker/300 ... 29916.html (The installer downloaded from website goldcupdesign.co.uk doesn't work)
Virustotal didn't detect virus but before installing scan with your antivirus.

sallyanne: wow! a knotwork tutorial that i haven't already been over :)! this thread is now my favourite thread too :). i love your blue glass paisley caps sig, by the way!

d4rkheart: this just gets better and better - i never tried that program, i've tried two other knotwork programs :).

d4rkheart: you simply must do a gimp chat search on "celtic" - there's so much knotwork and some other celtic art too made by the lovely members of this forum and it's all worth seeing!
