Not too difficult.You would just need to change the location for both in the script.I can show you how to do that.
But if you are going to go through all the trouble of changing them, i would make other changes as well.
For instance the actual script name.I would place that in the description popup like so.
This script makes a crayon effect on text or a selection. - my-script-that-does-crayon-stuff.scm .That way you know exactly which script is creating that effect.Very handy when you want to know just which script you want to fiddle with.

On another note (my two cents) I need some professional input here though.
I have no idea how this would be done or if in fact it could be successfully.
Instead of moving all of your scripts couldn't you find where they are one more time and just make another folder with shortcuts to them using different names in the shortcuts to make them easier to find.
