Anyway, I started using GIMP yesterday. I knew of it through an artist I really admire and I've known of it for a few years. It works really well for exactly the things I wanted, and I prefer it even to PS or SAI~

I focus on drawing Vocaloid fanart. It's my life. Oops.

also what comes first the music or the painting, the painting I've seen on you-tube is so well timed to the music

I personally don't play Osu, though I've heard of it. I do make Vocaloid covers though.

I have GIMP painter but... it didn't really change GIMP that much? So I'm not sure how to use it. ww
Also, at least for me, the painting comes first~
