Neither have i.
Can you download and run Parthas Portable please.
Here are the links to both 32 and 64 bit versions-
32 bit - http://www.aljacom.com/~gimp/Gimp-2.8.1 ... Partha.exe
64 bit - http://www.aljacom.com/~gimp/Gimp-2.8.1 ... Partha.exe

Be sure to download the correct version for your system.
The portable should work regardless of PATH error, dll damage, or missing dll files as it's self containable.

Try that and tell me how that works.

ty all i cured the problem .I restore my system to like new it needed i think been a long time . Its working great now ty again to all who helped:)
